WHAT: Since XXXX, GAF’s Walter Link has worked with ForestEthics, first coaching its CEO Todd Paglia, then its leadership team and now its entire staff – organically developing a mindful leadership development approach that fits their particular needs. GAF provides services to Stand on a pro bono basis.

WHY:  Since its outset, GAF has been deeply committed to advancing sustainability and climate protection / balance. As well as developing models civil society activism that model our potential for true democracy and societal evolution in which civil society plays a key role in addition to government and business, which can greatly benefit from the constructive challenges of civil society.

More than most civil society orgs, Stand/ForestEthics understands the powerful impact of integrating personal and interpersonal development with organizational and societal transformation, strengthening this element of its work, helps to model this fact for civil society orgs around the world, which helps to evolve how civil society orgs can increase their impact and also the personal sustainability of their team members., which are two important goals of GAF.
